Private Business Coaching
A six-month private coaching program dedicated to creating and building a brilliant brand for your business.
In this program, we will:
- Identify your Brand Identity
- Create content with your brand voice.
- Understand how to share your content using digital (social media) and traditional communications tools.
Additionally, as a bonus, Pocket PR will design your brand while coaching you through important aspects of executing the tools you learn in this program.
Hence, we will develop and implement a communications plan with specific deliverables created for you by our team. We will do the following:

This program includes the following timeline and details:
WEEK 1-3 – Brand Identity
Identify visible elements of your brand such as color, design, and logo, that distinguish it in consumers’ minds.
WEEK 4-7 -Content Creation
Define content and deliver it with your brand voice. As a result, you will write a clear and consistent message for your company’s collateral, website, and digital footprint.
WEEK 8-10 – Digital Media
Grasp knowledge about these innovative forms of communications, including audio (Podcasts), visual (YouTube, Lives), mobile (Apps), email marketing, etc. In addition, you will identify one or more new media platforms to explore. We will also begin the development stages of launching the platform you select.
WEEK 11-13 – Social Media Strategy
Create a Social Media Plan, including special campaigns, advertising, and digital integrations to optimize your social media presence. Also, understand how to read analytical reports to determine if your social media strategy is working.
WEEK 14-16 – Traditional Media
Learn how to create press releases, media alerts, OPEds, and announcements; and how to disseminate your message to various media outlets. Additionally, you will receive tactics for managing media requests and how to conduct a successful interview.
WEEK 17-19 – Marketing and SEO
Understand marketing tactics to increase traffic on your website. We will also implement sales funnels and customer relationship management (CRM) to create processes that guide your customer from inquiry to sale.
WEEK 20-22 – Community Relations
Gain an understanding of the benefits of monetary and voluntary involvement within your local community. Then we will identify and develop mutually beneficial relationships with a non-profit organization that is meaningful to you.
WEEK 23-24 – Your Brand & the Corporate Event Connection
There will be times when a corporate event will give an added push to your promotional campaigns. In this module, you will learn how to incorporate your brand identity into a special event; give your event its unique theme, receive a basic event checklist including a budget, order of event, invitations for special presentations, keynote speakers, and guests.
